Executive Producer / Project Director – Singapore

Esme Jesudason is a creative producer and project manager with more than 30 years of experience in attractions, entertainment and themed experiences. Her career spans creative development, production management, stakeholder coordination and the delivery of major projects across Singapore and Asia.

  • More than 30 years in attractions and entertainment — experience across large-scale production, creative development, coordination and project delivery, with two Themed Entertainment Association (THEA) Awards for Outstanding Achievement.

  • Executive Producer / Creative Director, Neworks Resource Development — led bespoke attractions and entertainment projects across Asia and internationally for 25 years, managing projects from concept through execution.

  • Production Manager, Resorts World Sentosa — led production and financial management of approximately S$50 million across three major attractions, including Crane Dance, Lake of Dreams and Hall of Treasures.

  • Award-winning attraction experience — Crane Dance received a THEA Award for Outstanding Achievement, while Songs of the Sea received both a THEA Award for Outstanding Achievement and an ASEAN Tourism Association Award for Best New Attraction.

  • Executive Producer / Lead Consultant, Lat’s Place — led Malaysia’s first live, interactive multimedia dining experience, integrating storytelling, performance, themed design, F&B, retail, music and animation.

  • International production and visitor-experience projects — experience includes Jakarta Aquarium’s Pearl of the South Sea, Singapore Science Centre, Singapore Zoo and attraction-development projects across Asia.

For The Waterhole, Esme leads the Singapore development and production strategy, bringing together creative, technical, institutional and commercial partners to establish the project as a permanent attraction in Singapore.
